Jillian Robey is APV’s Account Manager for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). She is responsible for overseeing customer relations and business development functions for the agency. As a seasoned executive with more than two decades experience in the Federal Health contracting space, Jillian engages in close collaboration with industry leaders and client stakeholders and has led large, complex training and IT programs across HHS, including HRSA, the Food and Drug Administration, and the National Institutes of Health.
She is committed to providing the best customer experience and increasing user adoption for the systems she supports.
Jillian lives in Rockville, Maryland, and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum Master.
