As Program Director for APV’s Department of Labor support, Dr. Paul currently oversees all APV programs across the Department, collaborating with clients to design, implement, and evaluate human capital-related initiatives to improve individual, team, and organizational performance. She brings 25 years of experience helping government agencies, technology companies, and nonprofit organizations maximize organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Paul’s strategic advisory services strengthen employee engagement; increase adoption of changes, technologies, and new ways of working; foster resilient stakeholder ecosystems; enhance equitable and data-driven impacts; accelerate innovation; and improve team and organizational results.
Dr. Paul has a MA and PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Maryland College Park and a BA (summa cum laude) in psychology and sociology from Emory University.
