The USDA’s fragmented approach to training delivery made it difficult to reach its intended users as these training products were held in disparate websites and hosted on vastly different systems. APV developed the Organic Integrity Learning Center (OILC) as a single learning management environment capable of hosting the requisite training for inspectors, handlers, and producers across the global community. Our team works tirelessly on modernizing and creating new courseware for the OILC’s global user base in supporting the professional development and continuing education of organic professionals. Through contract expansion, our team is now providing IT services including low-code development using Appian Platform; hosting Drupal content management system; helpdesk; design, develop, and launch interactive, innovative, and engaging online educational training materials for the NOP’s OILC.
