A P Ventures, LLC (APV) is a prime contractor on the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) USALearning® Training and Education Support Products and Services Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This Best-In-Class IDIQ contract provides the government with access to training services, training systems, courseware development, virtual simulators, strategic planning, and other designated requirements across three (3) functional areas:

1.  Formal and Informal Learning Instructional System Design (ISD) and Support Services
2.  Live and Virtual Simulations
3.  Organizational Training and Planning
