APV’s Emerging Technology Lab Powers-Up Using Multi-Platform Development
APV is focused on Strategy, Technology, and Business Transformation. For the past 13 years, we always strive to move fast with our support and do what’s right for our clients, making us respond in a more personal and nimble way than traditional consulting firms do. We care deeply about helping our clients tackle their biggest challenges and turn their vision into a reality. At APV, we always seek to build trust while enabling our client’s long-term success. This goal is deeply embedded within our work force and is our driving force.
Business Process Reengineering
In today’s world, we need to do more with less. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a systematic, disciplined approach to reducing organizational costs and redundant business processes involving the analysis of existing human and automated workflows. APV has repeatedly implemented use of automated workflows that ensure smooth operations, repeatable and streamlined back-office systems, and corporate governance to hold key team members accountable.
Human Capital Solutions and Change Management
The biggest asset of any organization is its human capital. At APV, our highly effective practices focus on organizational needs in 3 areas: workforce acquisition, workforce management, and workforce optimization. We have perfected the art and science of managing the most valuable asset of the organization – “human capital.” At APV, we boast 96% employee satisfaction, because we are very deliberate in implementing change both internally and externally. This approach includes preparing and supporting employees, establishing the necessary steps for change, and monitoring pre-and post-change activities to ensure successful implementation of any process or project.
Program Portfolio Management
The Program/Portfolio Management landscape is evolving rapidly as a result of the growing preference for managing multiple capital investment initiatives from a single, enterprise-wide system, as seen by the efforts of many federal agencies to create Centers of Excellence. This more centralized approach, resulting in a “single version of the truth” for project and project portfolio information, provides the transparency of performance needed by management to monitor progress versus the strategic plan. APV has adopted this enterprise-wide approach to managing projects, making it possible for us to have successfully executed 29 concurrent projects for multiple clients.
The APV PMO has combined experience of more than 40 years, with over 16 Project and Program Managers who manage every aspect of our clients’ projects. Our exceptional CPARs are attributed to exceptional project management processes which we have in place.
