FDA Regulatory Review Support (RRS) BPA

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) selects A P Ventures, LLC (APV) for a multi-year award of the Regulatory Review Support (RRS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a ceiling of $99,999,935.00.

APV, as a prime contractor on FDA’s RRS BPA, provides highly specialized professional and technical services that strengthen regulatory review, scientific evaluation, and reviewer capability. The FDA RRS BPA is a flexible, pre-qualified contract vehicle designed to help FDA Centers and Offices quickly obtain the support needed. The BPA is administered by FDA’s Office of Acquisition and Grants Services (OAGS). Through this vehicle, any FDA Office/Center can rapidly engage the APV Team for services that broadly align with the scope areas below:
