CMS – Technical Training for Beneficiaries’ Program and Services
APV is supporting CMS in its mission to improve the quality and efficiency in beneficiaries’ programs, services, and care by providing technical, operational, and project management support services, training and outreach support services for the Risk Adjustment, Medicare Advantage (MA) (Part C), Prescription Drug (Part D). Our IT team leads provides oversight and support as CMS migrates from the Expedited Life Cycle (XLC) to the new Target Life Cycle (TLC) and ongoing document control for CMS’s Encounter Data System to make sure all users are aware of changes to the system, and we provide supervision for email communications. We maintain and update user guides that help Medicare Advantage Organizations learn how to use and understand reports generated by the system. APV also continuously updates industry-wide communications to increase participation in CMS events and programs, as well as streamlines the process for hosting, registering for, and facilitating training events. Our talented developers enhance web-based training events with innovative micro-learning and scenario-driven learning activities.
