APV was awarded the contract to provide expert technical and communications/training support in support of the CDER’s Office of Business Informatics mission to achieve an Enterprise solution that addresses the broad education support of the 6000+ users. Our team is providing IT migration and systems enhancements, Program Management, and strategic support services across 6 projects related to the CIPT Platform. Our services encompass migrating Platform site contents from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online; creating user-centric learning experiences via multiple platforms and methods like micro-learning, Platform Tip video series, and Search 360 to increase stakeholder engagement; developing outreach and marketing materials like digital and print posters, e-newsletters, marketing flyers, promotional videos to support adoption of the new CDER Nexus (Appian) workflow management system; and logistics for in-person/virtual training events. APV’s support for successful adoption of the Platform has led to increased productivity in the drug review process, reduced human error and rework, and has improved safety and quality of the drug supply.
