Columbia, MD – October 2021 – A P Ventures (APV) has been awarded the Adverse Legal Action (ALA) task order on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Provider Enrollment and Oversight (PEO) contract. This latest win expands APV’s long standing support to CMS across several offices including, Center for Medicare (CM), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) and the Office of Acquisition & Grants Management (OAGM). The awarded contract valued at $13.1 Million will support the Center for Program Integrity (CPI). APV is leveraging improved screening mechanisms and processes to monitor and take administrative action against providers/suppliers to combat fraud, waste and abuse in the Medicare and/or Medicaid programs.
