A P Ventures announced that it has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Services. The appraisal was performed independently by Techno iQualityHub Innovations.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. APV has successfully demonstrated a standardized approach to 18 distinct process areas, and applies these processes across all projects.
APV’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
“I am excited about adding yet another achievement and great to be part of a driven team and particularly proud of this achievement as there are very few companies of our size who have achieved CMMI Level 3 for both Development and Services,” said Nandita Gududuri, president and co-founder at APV. “It means that we employ independently validated processes that result in repeatable, scalable success for our clients.”
