She also shepherded APV through the process of achieving the prestigious appraisal of CMMI Level III, a mark of a company's maturity and consistent commitment to refining and improving its processes across the board.

Nandita has more than 15 years of management, marketing, eLearning, and business development experience in multiple domains. She has extensive experience working with leading eLearning vendors including SABA, Blackboard, Moodle, and Adobe Connect Pro and in providing instructional design services and course authoring. She is a skilled solutions provider, implementer, and integrator of eLearning tools and technologies dedicated to addressing different organization's unique needs and challenges.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Nandita earned an MBA from Newport University and an MS ECM from Capitol College.
