Snehal is an integral part of growth at APV. In her role, she leads the strategic proposals and capture activities focused on client-centric win themes and solution delivery.
With over 16 years of capture planning and proposal management experience, Snehal has the depth and breadth of understanding the complex world of Government contracting and full lifecycle of proposal development. Under her leadership, APV has achieved multiple federal and state wins in the healthcare, civilian, and DoD arenas. In addition to expertise in capture and proposal management, her detail-oriented, analytical, and technology skills ensure maximizing company’s win rate and growth strategy.
Snehal earned her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a M.S. in Computer Science. She is a certified Appraisal Team Member (CMMI v1.3 Dev); holds other certifications including ITIL v3 Foundation, ITIL 2011 Service Transition (Intermediate),’ and has undertaken trainings on Shipley’s Proposal Writing – Best Practices, and Project Management.
